Hello Blogus.

I know you missed me yesterday. I had to work the night shift at work 12pm-9pm, and when I got home I watched a few South Park episodes and collapsed on the couch wearing my work clothes. Our computers are going to now be down until Monday. So, everyone we've been telling Friday too will show up and be highly pissed at us. I fucking hate our I.T department for doing this shit! Well, let me take that back. I hate whoever made them to this shit at this time. This could've been done during a holiday break. We can't do shit at work but let people check out materials. We can't have them pay fines, issue new library cards, or renew their items. People are starting to see that their materials they've returned haven't been checked in and they are calling us.

Whoever said working in a library wasn't interesting was lying.

Also, who gives a flippity flip about Suri Cruise? People are starving, kids are being molested, and we're at war. Yet, millions of people are worried about some lil rug rat who just happened to fall out of Katie Holmes vagina..quietly. A child who was probably conceived after Tom Cruise hypnotized Katie into thinking Scientology was an actual religion. Speaking of Scientology..I can't believe the guy off of What's Happening practices that hocus pocus scientology mess. No not Rog, no not Rerun...the other one. I think his real name was Haywood Nelson.

Damn a Suri Cruise. By the way Suri is a hideous name, must've been Tom's idea. I'm more woried about the War in Iraq and Dave and Carmen splitting.

Dear Mr. Blogus,

Today at work our computers were shut down for replacement throughout the building. We had signs on the outside of the doors and all over the desks stating that there would be no computers to use for the next four days. Why were people coming up to me asking were the computers on? Did they not see the big rope blocking off entrance to our Virtual Lab? Did they not see the gazillion signs posted everywhere, even in espanol for the no speaka english people.I made a comment to a coworker that if the signs had said the building was on fire people would still come inside and ask what's wrong.

Yes Mr. Blogus. I work in a library. The homeless's sanctuary. The place where men take books of naked african women inside of restrooms and pleasure themeselves. The place where dumbass parents leave their young kids alone at, not knowing that the majority of our "regulars" are on the local sex offender registry.

Yes, I love my job.

Tomorrow I will have to explain to 100 more people that there are no computers in our library to use. Tomorrow I will see 100 people glance at the many signs and still attempt to walk their fat asses down to the virtual lab when it's shut off.

I wish I could taser people.
